The Rossville High School
FBLA Chapter, Number 8669, was organized twenty-seven
years ago under the sponsorship of Mrs. Ernestine Gordon
and Mr. Jim Atkisson. The chapter, chartered December
13, 1978, was one of the first high school business
organizations in the area.
In the past twenty-seven years, the chapter has grown
from a charter membership of 15 members, to its present
membership of 67. All members have unique qualifications
and have demonstrated outstanding leadership ability in
the school and community. The Rossville High School
Business Department proudly displays 93 plaques by the
chapter since its establishment; among these are 25
national awards, 7 state championships, and 15 district
conference titles since 1982. Rossville FBLA has also
produced 2 national officers, 3 state presidents, and 15
other state officers. |
