Dear Fellow Members

I hold in my hand a map. On this important guide is a set of directions that leads down a path for our future. These directions take us on a road that is not straight; in fact we will face many challenges such as deadlines. Past these hurdles, we will make occasional stops to see where we are and what we have ahead of us. In the end of this long journey, we hope to find the greatest treasure, success. On behalf of the Rossville High School FBLA officer team, I encourage you to get ready to take a ride down the Road to Success.

Welcome back to another school year. Let me begin by expressing my thanks for your tremendous enthusiasm towards an exciting FBLA year. This year, with your hard work and dedication we will accomplish what you now perceive as unattainable. We have already started down this path by setting goals and a vision. We will be focused on the target of success and strive in every way possible to get there. However, this is easier said than done. It will require flexibility, determination, and heart. Without these three important characteristics we will travel in the wrong direction.

In our chapter’s historic past we have set high standards, winning seven outstanding chapter awards. We take great pride in the accomplishments of our members who have come before us. We honor those who have become business leaders and still call Rossville FBLA their home. Their example has now paved a path for us to follow.

Throughout all 67 of our exceptional members, we will find a growing leader, a new public speaker, and a new computer genius. Those who will devote long hours studying and giving their whole hearts towards their projects will use this organization to become successful businessmen and women of today’s society. Each and every one of us will soon add our unique talents towards the heartbeat of this great organization.

It is time once again to unite in purpose. We as a chapter, as a team, will work together to travel down a path that will undoubtedly lead to success. So buckle up and step on the gas as we hit the Road to Your Success.

Sincerely

Brett Eakin
Rossville FBLA Chapter President
